SiOnyx Digital Color Night Vision Aurora Pro Explorer Kit

The Aurora PRO EXPLORER Kit by SiOnyx is a combination of the Aurora PRO with a wide range of must-have accessories, including a 940nm infrared illuminator for even greater brightness and an increased viewing distance. With its 44 degree field of view, next-gen sensor and premium optics, the Aurora PRO distinguishes itself from all other models in the series. The night vision camera can 'see' at infrared wavelengths from 400nm to more than 1100nm. 

What makes the Aurora PRO unique?
The Aurora PRO belongs to the popular SiOnyx Aurora series: four compact night vision cameras, which are the first on the market to be able to display images in color at night. In comparison with the other models, the Aurora PRO does even more than that. For example, the lens lets through three times as much light and the internal CMOS sensor results in an even higher brightness (and thus a larger viewing distance). With the Aurora PRO you will be able to see at night in the most minimal form of residual light. The image is displayed on a full-colour OLED display, which can also be set in monochrome to create extra contrast. The camera has an optical 0.5x magnification with a large field of view of 44 degrees. Using a digital zoom you can enlarge the surroundings up to 3x further.

Recordings
You can create photos and videos to capture situations or subjects. You can use modes such as HDR, loop mode, time-lapse, panorama and burst mode for the perfect shot. Your photos and videos are stored on the included 32GB microSD card.

Remote control and real-time image sharing
Via a Wi-fi connection you can also operate the Aurora PRO remotely and view/share live images, up to distances of approximately 15 metres. For this you can use the free app for iOS and Android (to be found in the PlayStore/AppStore as 'SiOnyx Aurora').

Multifunctional use
You can optimally adapt the use of the night vision device to the situation. For example, you can use it in your hand as a monocular, control it remotely or use it hands-free by attaching it to a helmet or goggle kit. In addition, the viewer can be used at any time of the day, at night, in twilight and during the day. Moreover, you can also use the camera carefree in bad weather conditions due to its IP67 certification. This means that the device can withstand a fall onto concrete from a height of 1 metre, is completely dust-proof and submersible.

Explorer Kit accessories
In some situations there may be no residual light at all. In that case you can use the supplied 940nm infrared illuminator (IR-glow invisible) with this PRO EXPLORER. This also increases your viewing distance. You can attach the IR to any Weaver/Picatinny mount (e.g. on a helmet or weapon) or simply use it handheld to 'shine' extra light. The IR can be switched on and off manually if the situation requires it. You will also receive all kinds of smaller accessories, such as a 32GB microSD card, two batteries with charger and a mounting and battery for the IR Illuminator. You can safely and easily take the whole thing with you in the waterproof hard case. Should you want to mount the PRO on a weapon, then you can use the included Weaver/Picatinny rail mount.
